The location was good, and the room had a
nice view of the Templo Expiratorio. My king suite was clean, but the breakfast service was a bit slow. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and it was conveniently located for exploring the area, although noise from traffic was noticeable at times.

i almost left a good review, but then i realized the bed was beyond uncomfortable, and the heat was nowhere to be found. after all, what kind of hotel doesn’t ensure a warm welcome? also, i couldn't believe there were no extra amenities offered. truly disappointing for a place with such a prime location.

Positive, I loved my stay! The King Suite with Spa Bath was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony view of the Templo Expiratorio. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly, which was a relief after a long day. Breakfast was included, and I appreciated the option, even though it took a little time to get served. 😊

The bed in the Standard King Room was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. We also faced a frustrating situation with no heat during a cold night, which affected our overall experience. Arriving late left us too tired to request an extra blanket, but a basic need like warmth should be prioritised. The location was convenient, easy to explore nearby attractions, but ultimately, comfort takes precedence. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, although the cold shower was a letdown. I called the front office about the lack of hot water, but the response was to let it run longer, and that didn’t work out. A more proactive approach from staff would have been appreciated.

A view to remember
The room featured a lovely balcony overlooking the Templo Expiratorio, making every morning feel special. The outdoor pool was also a nice touch for relaxation.
However, the breakfast service was noticeably slow, which left little time to enjoy our morning before exploring the city. This was a rare but frustrating aspect during our stay.
